Guardianship / conservatorship

Eligibility: Open; free enrollment assistance. Multi-county (North Bay + Contra Costa/Solano).
North Bay HICAP — free Medicare/Medigap/long-term-care-insurance counseling and advocacy. Serves Sonoma, Solano, Napa & Marin.
Eligibility: Medicare beneficiaries & caregivers; free. Multi-county (North Bay).
County HSD Economic Assistance office for Medi-Cal/CMSP and CalFresh. South County office in Petaluma.
Eligibility: Apply for/renew Medi-Cal; county residents.
